Nice, social, safe apartments near UF?

stats2023 has hundreds if not thousands of people enrolled in it, 3 hours of it are online lectures and you are required to go to 1 hour of lab per week for which there are tons and tons of sections, so it is not only offered in the am, my lab is at 4 on wednesdays

I just signed a lease with Melrose Wednesday. Primarily the issue was to have individual lease and all inclusive amenties (utilities and such). My roommate preety much had no choice but to get these so I kinda had to lean in. I've heard bad things and good things about Melrose but for the money, we're taking the risk (maybe i shouldn't use that word).

Oh its a 3/3 and I plan on paying around $440 (with the scholarship thing they have when you get discounts for various things)

Anyone know anything about Campus Lodge on Williston? It is all inclusive (furnished, utilities, internet, gorgeous pool etc) but seems far. They say it is on three bus lines (the 9, 34 and 35). It looks very nice online though so I would love to know if anyone here has any first hand knowledge of the pros and cons of this complex.

xOverrated- Been there done that. I have found that websites like that are not that useful. It is mostly the negative feedback (disgruntled people feel the need more than the satisfied to ...get the word out). In other words, a person is most llikely to post a review if they have something to complain about. I asked on this forum cause we have upperclassmen here who either have personal experience with these apartments, or who knows someone who does.
That said, I have that website bookmarked since it does have many links.
