So I am currently a high school junior. Basically i need to go to a state school ( i am a NJ resident), or get insane scholarships. Seeing as the state schools are more realistic, i have narrowed it down to these three. I want to be a biomedical engineer, and have so far visited TCNJ and Rutgers. I am a very indecisive person but i like a few things about each school;
*I am an athlete and would like to participate in sports in college, TCNJ is D3 and since i will be in an intense major the pressure is not as difficult however NJIT is D1 so i could get a scholarship and since everyone there is an engineering major, the athletes are probably more serious and the coached understand more.
* i like the options Rutgers has in case i make a drastic major change (which i highly doubt), and i also like the campus life of Rutgers
* TCNJ is very pretty and i love the campus and the amount of people however i feel like both TCNJ and NJIT may not have much of a campus life.
My SATs are a 1730 (1170 without writing), but i am taking them again, and with a super score i should get them above an 1800 (1200 without writing) also my GPA is a 96%.
I feel like NJIT is the easiest to get into, also would i be eligible for academic scholarships at these schools?
