Hi, I’m applying to Pomona RD, and I requested an interview; however, they sent the wrong email to my interviewer. I had already called Pomona earlier this year due to a lack of confirmation for my interview request, and they said that they had a problem with my email address, but they fixed it (at that time). Unfortunately, when I called two days ago, they said that the wrong email was still in place, and that it was too late for an interview. Should I somehow represent this in my common app’s additional info section with something like “No interview due to office mixup?” The last thing I want to do is blame the admissions office and antagonize them. Why is December 25 too late for an interview? My daughter has two other colleges who have scheduled interviews in mid to late January.
I don’t know; when I called, the admissions officer said it was too late.
