No Interviews :(

<p>So literally everyone in my high school who applied to the same colleges as I did got an interview for that school, and I haven't gotten ANY. Like, this one guy who is not as competitive as I am got interviews to Duke, Princeton, and Cornell already. I heard it was all based on the number of alumni in your location, but seriously, they all live right next to me and I've just been neglected or something. I know my applications definitely went through because I've received email confirmations. </p>

<p>These schools are all top 10 schools, so take it for what you will. I have near perfect stats and got accepted to the University of Chicago EA, so I wouldn't think I was not a competitive applicant...</p>

<p>Could it be that some part of my application was unfavorable, and they're not interested in me? Or am I stressing out for no reason?</p>

<p>Don’t worry about it. I got into a top 10 school no interview as did several of my friends (one to Cornell which is on your list).</p>

<p>Yeah, don’t worry about it at all. If they haven’t reached out to you it’s not because you’re not qualified. Besides, interviews have a very limited affect on ones’ chance of admissions and esp. if you weren’t offered one, it will in no way be held against you.</p>
