No Ivies, but... Chances at a whole list? (Including UCs)

Chinese-American female, California Bay Area, competitive high school that tends to send a good number of people to upper level UCs and a couple to noteworthy schools - we don't have much of a history at most of the schools on my list (that definitely runs the gamut), mostly for lack of people applying. The school does not rank.

I'm applying as an international relations major, or maybe as a double major also with Near/Middle Eastern studies or Sociology...

Weighted Academic GPA: 3.965
Unweighted Academic GPA: 3.689

Weighted UC GPA: 4.158

My GPA is quite far from extraordinary, mainly because of an undistinguished freshman year and a rather atrocious sophomore year that were sorta patched over by a phenomenal junior year.

Freshman Year:
Geometry Enriched - B/B
Lit - A/A
Biology - A/A
Drama - A/A
PE (non-academic) - B/B
Spanish 2 - B/B
Oral Composition (speech and debate, not UC-acknowledged) - A/A

Sophomore Year:
Algebra 2/Trig - A/A
World Lit - A/A
World History - A/A
Chemistry H - B/B
Spanish 3 - B/C
PE (non-academic) - B/B
Law I/Accounting (2nd sem not academic) - A/A

Junior Year:
Pre-Calculus Honors - A/A
American Lit - A/A
AP USH - A/A
Bio AP - A/A
Law 2 (not academic) - A/A
Oral Composition 2 (still not academic) - A/A

My senior year schedule is confirmed to be: AP English, AP Government/Econ, AP Calculus BC, Vertigo (journalism class), Physics Honors... I'll have taken most but not all of the Honors/AP classes.

Standardized Test Scores: (I have fun with these... as much as anyone can)

SAT I new: 2310 - Math: 710, CR: 800, Writing: 800
SAT IIs: United States History: 800, Biology: 780, Math 2c: 720
I also have World History: 770, Chinese: 750... Should I 'submit' those or the Math one? Being that Math is supposed to be important... I'm not too sure.

APs: Given my performance in the classes and how I felt about the tests... Probably 5 on both AP Bio and APUSH, 4 in the worst case scenario.

I've taken one class at a local community college - General Psychology, for an A/4 credits I think.

National Merit Semifinalist/Finalist standing expected - 227 PSAT score.

Extracurriculurs (assuming planned senior year involvement):
Tzu-Chi Youth Club (community service) - 9
Speech and Debate - 9,10,11,12
- Stanford National Forensic Institute, Varsity Lab - summer, 9
- Calfornia State Semifinalist (14th) Foreign Extemp speaking - 10
- Victory Briefs Institute, Advanced Varsity Lab - summer, 10
- Appointed Team Spontaneous Speech Captain - 11
- Berkeley Invitational Double-octofinalist (tournament of champions bid round) - 11

- Distinguished School Delegation Award, RHSMUN - SFX - 11
Amnesty International Club - 11, 12

Mock Trial - Pretrial Attorney - 12

Employment/Volunteering:
Volunteer, Guidepost Gospel Church Vacation Bible School - Summer, 10
Work, Vision Explorer day camp/learning center - Summer, 11

Where I'm applying (list liable to being cut-down significantly, because it really is too many):

All the UCs (same application for all of them, so that one's easy)
Georgetown - Walsh School of Foreign Service*
Tufts University*
Johns Hopkins University*
Claremont Mckenna College
Pomona College
Smith College
Amherst College
George Washington University
Scripps College
Pitzer College

= One of these will be my early decision/action choice, pending an actual visit.

I pretty much know that Georgetown SFS is an extreme reach (I know GTown in general is at least moderately fond of valedictorians and the SFS fond of polyglots, and I am quite obviously neither.) The rest, I really have no clue about, with my major in mind. I'm especially curious about the upper UCs... And also wondering whether I should submit a stronger World History SAT II score or my sorta average 2c score.

Thanks for any input.
