<p>As the title says. I don't consider myself a leader, and I'm not in many clubs. My ECs are all art awards and stuff.</p>
<p>So, I suppose I'm wondering about the necessity of leadership positions. I understand that they are very important, but to what extent? Would you have a shot at good colleges without any leadership roles at all?</p>
<p>Just talk about how the world also needs great followers</p>
<p>Leadership is in general is an important life skill. Well, if you were not really sincere towards life… then i would suggest you to change your attitude. but if you were truly sincere as a student wanting to grow but something did not allow you to take up leadership… you can mention the reason and at the same time you can highlight your urge to lead…!! PS: Let this be a way towards self-introspection… Find what went wrong in all these years, what you missed and then do them in future.</p>
