I am supposed to take Physics 151 next semester. However, although I can register for the lecture and quiz, I still cannot register for Lab since there is no more space. What should I do? Should I still register for the lecture and quiz, and ask the professor to add one more spot for me in Lab once school starts?

I was faced with a similar situation for BISC 220. I emailed the director of the Biology Department and she told me to wait for more spots to open up in the first couple weeks of the upcoming semester.
My suggestion would be to email the Physics Department head and go from there.

But I can’t even register for the lecture and Quiz if I can’t register for Lab! They all have to be registered together. So all I can do now is just to wait ?

Email your adviser and the head of the Physics Department. They were very helpful resources for me and will give you better guidance.
Don’t worry, I am sure you’ll get the class.
Spots tend to open up as people drop. Just keep checking and even go to the class the first week and talk to the professor about your options.
