no perspective, where to apply?

I am a white bilingual female who attends a small private boarding school.
My stats- 780(math) 800(critical reading) 740(writing)
SAT II- math II(800) physics (690-should I take it again? I know I could do better but I don't know if I should just take another subject to get a guaranteed good score) and US history(720)
I have had straight As throughout high school, although when i went to private school my soph year, most of my A+s turned to A-s.
I have had the typical awards in science competitions, won some money, interned at a science company and done well on some math tests.blablabla
I have done sports throughout high school, but nothing varsity-maybe one senior year?
I do a lot of vollunteering and am head of some clubs etc. the problem is that every one I know basically has alll of this also. my dream is stanford, but my school usually only sends on the legacies or koreans to stanford.
my dream east coast is princeton, but i know this is a complete dream. I just don't know what are some realistic good schools for me? (girl into math and science, but I also love to write so I don't want to throw that out)

Why don't you take a look at Claremont McKenna (Southern California), Reed (Oregon), and Amherst (Massachusetts)? They're all good LACs strong in writing and science. Your scores are amazing but your ECs seem a slight bit typical. And yeah, if you're not taking any other SAT IIs this coming year, just take physics again if you know you're going to get a good score.
