I am applying to Harvard restricted early action and when I was reviewing my application, it says “there are no test scores to report” even though I self reported them. Why is that? I also applied to UVA and my test scores appeared in this section. I checked Harvard’s test policy and they say that they allow you to self report your scores. I sent my scores through college board anyways, but will they see them?
How long ago did you send in your application? Application portals often have lags in reporting, on top of the time taken to match up data.
If CB sent official scores, it’s extremely likely they will be matched and considered.
If they don’t show as received in a coupe of weeks, it’s worth an email/call.
