Is this only California? Im headed there eventually but not there yet.

<p>You cannot take college courses FOR COLLEGE CREDIT for free under the provision for non-credit courses.</p>
<p>College courses cost money no matter where you take them. Someone has to pay the bill. You could receive financial aid to do so, or you could pay yourself, or a combination of the two.</p>
<p>If you want to earn college credits, there are some inexpensive ways to do that. Check out some accredited schools that provide online courses. Depending on your income, you may be eligible for grants to help pay the costs…you can estimate your EFC with the fafsa4caster.
