non engineering major

i've been accepted to case but i'm not planning to be an engineer. Is case's programs in biology or psychology good? I've been offered 25K in the presidential scholarship, but I've also been accepted to Northewestern and USC. Both of which aren't "technical" schools (as my dad says...)

have you visited?is weather or school size or location a tipping point for you?? i know case’s biology dept is very good…what do you plan on majoring in? where can you see yourself? the campuses and experiences will be quite different…but you will get a good foundation at any of these schools…

In 2007, only 903 out of 4409 undergraduate students were in the engineering school, or about 20%. Not what I would call a “technical” school.

I’m a bio major with a psych minor & additional chem major, so if you have specific questions you’d like me to answer please feel free to PM me.

Very easy to double major,a few friends are psych majors and really like the program. I am a poli sci/history major, econ/public policy minor. The social sciences are good, not great. But the classes are smaller, profs very accessable. Having small classes allows you to build relationships with profs, which will help when you need recs.
