Non-HYP Ivies

<p>OK, so I was having this discussion with a bunch of friends the other day, was curious as to what others view on CC is generally.</p>

<p>Outside of HYP, if you had a "free pass" to attend any of the other Ivies, which would you choose:</p>

<ul>
<li>Brown</li>
<li>Columbia</li>
<li>Cornell</li>
<li>Dartmouth</li>
<li>Penn</li>
</ul>

<p>I'll start. </p>

<p>Brown.</p>

<p>Of the ivies I applied to Y, and then Brown, Dartmouth and Cornell. I was accepted to the latter 3 and chose Dartmouth. :)</p>

<p>Dartmouth, easily.</p>

<p>Penn, easily <3. Followed by…well, none of the other non-HYP I guess…my next choice would be Yale. Or Columbia (for grad school only)</p>

<p>I’d actually be happy with any except for brown. I dunno why, it’s like I had a feud with brown in my past life or something, but I’ve always hated it with a passion.</p>

<p>Of the others though, I prefer dartmouth the least. The name sounds so weird.</p>

<p>I went to Columbia and chose Dartmouth over Brown as a transfer. Didn’t apply to Cornell or Penn. So Dartmouth!</p>

<p>Columbia would be second. Brown just seems like a hippie school for people not really interested in a serious education. And I threw Dartmouth’s likely letter in the trash as soon as I realized what the school has to resort to in order to attract students</p>

<p>Dartmouth - the urban settings at Columbia and Penn don’t appeal to me.</p>

<p>Columbia. I love the city, and the campus vibe. Cornell has kick a** engineering, but I very much dislike the location.</p>

<p>Wharton no questions asked. If not, then penn or brown but probably penn because i like the campus more lol.</p>
