I applied to FAMU, and they said they got all my documents except "non-receipt of test scores". Do they mean the SAT scores? because I sent them twice already. Any information on what the non-receipt of test scores is?

It does sound as though they haven’t received your SAT/ACT scores. Call or email the admission’s office and explain to them that you’ve requested the scores to be sent twice (give dates if you have them). It could be that they have the scores but have not updated your status.

Contact them and ask if they’ve received the scores before you request additional scores to be sent.

Alright, thank you. I have one more question though. On the website they showed that they got my scores, but not my transcripts, but on the letter they show they received my test scores but not my transcripts. I’m so confused, but I will call them.

Don’t worry. It does sound as though info is crossing in the mail. Give them a couple of weeks to update everything.

In the meantime, call or send them an email. Give them a list of what you sent them and the approximate date they were sent. Ask them if they can confirm to you that they’ve received all of the information and if you’re application can now be considered complete.

Good luck.

Thank you or the advice. Much appreciated, I feel a lot better.

You’re welcome. I do recommend following up with them just to make sure all is well.
If you email, I recommend keeping hardcopies of your correspondences with them.
If you call, make a note of the time and date of the call and the name of the person who answers your questions.

Alright. I will.
I’m going to see if their office is open tomorrow and call if they are.
