<p>I’m not really sure how these universities consider “non-resident Americans,” but I’ll chance you based on everything else:</p>

<p>Your GPA/rank is obviously solid. Your EC’s and SAT’s, however, are really lacking. Aside from a few clubs and that one award I really don’t see any EC’s at all. In addition to getting your SAT score up (especially the math section), really branch out this spring and summer. Look for volunteer opportunities, internships, etc. Assuming you pull off a 750+ in Math (let’s assume 760 Math, giving you a 2200 total):</p>
