Non-transferrable math courses & the UC app question-

Hey guys,

(for those of you who have already applied/been accepted/dealt with the UC app)

When you're putting your grades in for each course, do you have to put in a grade for a remedial (I hate that word) math course? Or do you just submit grades for college level courses?

Thanks!

You have to put in everything, lol. Even if they are not college-level courses or non UC transferrable!

Good luck! [:

they don’t take those non transferrable grades into account when making their decision do they? :/

^
They don’t take those into account when they are calculating your GPA. For honesty sakes, nothing else. [:

Okay, Thank you! Sorry, I worry too much! :P

^
No problem, LOL. It happens to all of us.

Good luck! [:

What CC are you at in San Diego?

Same as you. [:

Whaaaaaaaa.

looks around

Do I know you? :P

No, I doubt it. ROFL.

Anyways, have a fun summer! xD. [:

actually when i was applying there were not listed in the drop down menu for my college, so did not put them in.

There’s always a drop down menu. You have to add the school. For example, when I was in HS, I took classes at City, so I added those to my application. && also I went to another school prior to going back to City, and I obviously had to add those too. [:

Hmm I just stumbled on this thread and it has me worried. When I was in High School I took an Algebra II class during the summer at a community college for hs credit. I didn’t report this class when I was applying because I thought it wasn’t transferable anyways. Should I be worried about my admissions? What should I do?

^
No, I don’t think so. They could have just seen that the same way you did and don’t require your HS stuff (yet). I took college-level courses at my CCC during HS which is why I had to report it!

Thanks sakurax. That makes me a lot less worried.
