Noncustodial parent waiver petition

<p>In the beginning of January my daughter sent emails to all her colleges asking for noncustodial parent waiver petition forms.
She almost immediately received emails with necessary forms from all the colleges except CMC.
She sent second email to CMC last Monday, I believe. No reply.
She tried to call them yesterday from school. Well, her high school doesn't allow to use cell phones on the premises, her cell phone was confiscated.</p>

<p>The noncustodial parent is overseas, his address is unknown. No child support ever. </p>

<p>The deadline for CSS, including noncustodial CSS is 02/01.</p>

<p>What should we do? Should I call CMC? Should we wait one more week?</p>

CMC doesn’t have a noncustodial parent waiver petition form. They asked only for a letter of support from a school counselor.</p>
