<p>Did we all have the same essay prompt?</p>
<p>So if we left the checkboxes that said received credit or required by school blank because it was neither, will we be disqualified? </p>
<p>@music202 We all had the same prompts for the essays. I seriously doubt they would disqualify anyone for not checking the boxes; I had a bunch of activities that weren’t required and that I didn’t receive credit for. And I think they notify most people from July-August! I’m really nervous too lol

<p>What do the base the winners on? I know that to become a finalist, you need a good recommendation and transcript. </p>
<p>Where did you guys read about the regions? Does anyone know how Texas is grouped?</p>
<p>I think I heard it on some sort of video on Youtube. The Nordstrom lady was talking about only being allowed to select a few students from her region. So I’m totally not sure, but I think they have a specific quota for each state and/or region. I have no idea what the actual groupings are though @music202 :-/ </p>
