<p>So I just called admissions and they said they are sending out decisions today, Friday, and at the lastest, Monday. The representative told me ALL transfer decisons will be released by Monday. </p>
<p>I would love to believe this statement, but Northeastern has failed to keep their promise on multiple occasions.</p>
<p>@goldblend when I talked to admissions he just told me they were having room issue but he didn’t specify. </p>
<p>They keep pushing the decisions for us they just need to tell us this is ridiculous, I mean it’s June 12th!!! How can they keep us waiting this long? I already put $550 into a different school… that’s going to go to waste if they accept me. At this point ANY decision would help me haha even a rejection.</p>

<p>REJECTED! 3.98 GPA, 4.21 Weighted,7.0 IELTS, Russian, Business school-Finance, Lots of extra curriculums… </p>

I appreciate it) I know that it’s just about the space because i’ve applied with the same essay and got accepted into BU, Georgetown, Bentley, and Columbia. Only one rejection was from NYU Stern, since there are just a few spots for about 1000 people. </p>

<p>I just got accepted into Syracuse University with a full ride scholarship!!
I applied on Monday and got my acceptance letter today! I know its unrelated to this thread but i was so upset when i got rejected from Northeastern, so i wanted to share some good news</p>
<p>@dzharkov I’d run a marathon for an acceptance to Georgetown and Columbia. You should be very proud of yourself, Northeastern’s decision notwithstanding.</p>
<p>@Kingofsweden It’s just a brand name schools) In case of Georgetown, it is Washington DC, It’s super boring there and they didn’t take many credits. I said them no for the next day. My interest of applying was entirely academic. I didn’t want to go there knowing that i have to go to college for an additional year. </p>
<p>Same thing with Columbia, it has different major (financial economics), and i’ll have to study for 1 more year. The complexity of curriculum is not even comparable with schools here. I am not ready to kill myself before getting an MBA))) I strongly believe I need to follow the path of least resistance. I am trying to avoid too general curriculums like in Columbia. I was a perfect fit for NEU) Unfortunately i didn’t get in. If i had a chance, then i would try once again. </p>

<p>Seriously, i think many of you underestimated the benefit NEU and it’s CO-OP program, which opens many doors. In addition, there is almost no need to take subjects not relative to your major. In my opinion they are just useless. Why do i have to study 3 psychology classes in Bentley, if am majoring in Finance? It’s just useless sh*t. Why don’t i take 3 grad classes instead… ~X( </p>
<p>@cctransfer212 BU was the worst place with taking transfer credits. They’ve said to retake almost all major classes or take an exams for them)))) There were more than 5 classes that they wanted me to retake. :-q
I’ll probably go to Bentley, if NEU will decide not to take students for the next spring. Bentley is still in top 20 undergraduate business schools and better than NEU for Finance. </p>
