For any of you who have been in the N.U.In program at Northeastern in the past or just know a lot about it, about how many locations do they typically have a year? I know covid has prohibited some, but before covid was a thing, did they have a LOT of options? Because I know they have 3,300 partner institutions in 133 countries, but I just wanted to see how many location options they have for the program (I’m also too impatient to wait for the release of the locations haha). Thanks!
My D19 was admitted NUin but did not accept. Her year I believe there were around 9+ locations or so, broken down to 1 in Canada, 2 in Australia and the rest at various locations in the UK and EU. There were some restrictions on location based on intended major IIRC.
This might provide some useful info.
COVID will very likely affect which international programs can happen and how many students can go to a country. In the past, different countries were limited to certain majors and some countries also had restrictions that if you were under 18 when the program started, you could not go there. The info provided below looks useful.
The locations were:
Sydney, Australia
Melbourne , Australia
England
Ireland
Italy
Germany
Czechia
Canada
I doubt if the Australia locations will be available this year. Their semester begins in July and Australia is hermetically sealed to foreigners.
