Northeastern vs. Georgetown

I have to choose between Northeastern & Georgetown. I want to go into medicine, so i’m probably going to major in Bio and do pre-med. While Georgetown is better in my opinion, I got a $25000/year scholarship to Northeastern.

Which one is better for me if I’m comparing pre-med education to cost?

Also, this is kind of unrelated, but is Georgetown a very “preppy college”?

Will Georgetown require mega student loans compared to Northeastern? With a med school prospect, undergrad loans should be minimized.
