Northeastern vs RIT for Art Student?

I got accepted into Northeastern’s NU.in program CAMD ($28,000 scholarship) and RIT’s CIAS ($40,000 scholarship) and as a future art student I was wondering what school would be the best fit for me. I am looking for the school with the stronger art program, better connections (co-op, study abroad experience, finding a job after college), and to get an idea what the experience is like at both schools. I am going into their art schools undecided, but am leaning towards a type of digitized media, like graphic design. Could use any advice about either or both schools.

What are the net costs taking the scholarships into account?

Those scholarships are all the four years added up. (10,000 per year @ RIT 6800 per year at NU)
