Northwestern- Medill?

Hey, I'm a junior at a very prestigious High School in NYC.
I got a 2250 on my sat, 720 in math, 750 in cr, and 780 in writing.
My sat 2's are 780 in US history, and 760 in lit.
I've taken two AP's, art history (5) and world history (4), and next year i'm taking ap environ, ap euro, ap gov't, and ap lit.
Next year I will be the prez of my debate team (maybe), for which i have won lots of awards, prez of habitat for humanity, maybe prez of the senior class (but on student gov't no matter what). I'm in social science Intel. I've been a volunteer for Hillary Clinton for 3 years, and over the past two years i've attended programs at Dartmouth and Stanford. I've also worked in a neuroscience lab at Rockefeller University. This year i'm thinking I'll either go back to dartmouth, or go to northwestern for the hs journalism program.
On top of this i've won many essay contests, and write columns every now and then for my local paper (more like a broadsheet).

Here's the catch- my average is pretty horrible. Without math and science, I'd probably have a 95ish- these two subjects sadly bring it down to about an 88, i can probably get it up to an 89 by the end of junior year.

If I apply to Medill, will they really look at my math scores? I haven't failed anything, I mostly get B's in math but I did get a C this term (because of circumstances beyond my control, my dad had a heart attack and I really messed up the first two tests; I had trouble studying with all the drama- my math teacher was the only one who refused to overlook these grades). My chem grade was also pretty bad, but I think i'm getting that changed. Other than chem and math though, they've been low (often very low) B's. Do I not have any chance? Are there any schools that will ignore my math/physical science grades if I know i'm not going to major in any subject near them?

Thanks!

I forgot to add, I come from a long line of NU legacy.
