Not aiming for "top" universities. Should I send these scores?

Disclaimer: (These scores are not 'good' by these boards standards!) Remember, NON-top universities (but still respectable ones) such as George Washington, which considers them.

Now, for schools that don't require them, but still look at them, should I send? Or will it HURT my chances?

Bio (M): 640
U.S. History: 620
Literature (ewww.): 570

Will this hurt my chances, or make me seem a little more 'determined' by even attempting them? (I come from a "low-level" school.)

Any input will be greatly appreciated. :)

If you're sending SAT1 scores they'll get them anyway. If you are sending an ACT it's more iffy. I'd guess that at GW scores in the low to mid 600s probably won't hurt you, though they probably won't help much either.

All of your scores are well above the national average, but if you received high grades in corresponding high school courses, SAT IIs below 650 or 660 might diminish an otherwise stellar GPA and raise questions about the difficulty of your high school.

my gpa is really good (straight As!). however, I haven't taken any AP courses in any of the courses I took SAT IIs in. bad idea?

well, it might make your GPA look less legit because it looks like (not saying it's true) your classes were easy and you don't stack up at the national level. I know how frustrating it is to deal with SAT IIs and SATs and crap when you know you could've done better for whatever reason. Just an observation though, if you have a decent ACT you might consider not sending SAT stuff.
