So, I applied to NYU a while ago and I still haven't received a decision letter yet. Do they send you an email or through postal? I checked my mail box hoping for an answer but it hasn't come. I called the school, but they were closed.

Did they send it through usps and it is just taking time getting here or should it be here already?

My daughter also has not heard from NYU. Maybe they’re not mailing out until today? She also has not heard from Parsons. She applied as a dual major (Parsons/Lang) and we were told several different stories about when we would get notified. This is incredibly frustrating and nerve-wracking. Good luck on NYU.

they definitely have started mailing decisions (i received mine monday)

“The vast majority of admission decisions for freshman applicants are in the mail; the small number of remaining decisions will be finalized and communicated as soon as possible.”

^ taken straight from their website.

if you are in the US, you will receive it via USPS (regular mail), if you’re an international then you will receive it via e-mail.

good luck =D
