<p>How much merit does NLE have on a resume?
I really like Latin, and the test is required at our school, but I'm just not sure if I should list it on my resume.</p>

<p>Probably not much at all. I ended up putting on there that I won a gold every time I took it, but I doubt it has much impact on anything.</p>
<p>It carries a great deal of weight because it is a national standardized exam.</p>
<p>If you score perfect or summa every year, it's an impressive accomplishment.</p>
<p>Couple that with a 750+ SAT II score, and, perhaps, a 5 in Vergilian literature, and you're set.</p>
