I'm really debating whether or not I should take a Math Class Senior Year. My High School requires that we take 4 Math Credits, I have already taken more than enough.

Algebra I Honors (seen as an "elective" because I took it in Middle School-doesn't count)
Geometry Honors
Analysis of Function (Honors)
Algebra II Honors
Pre-Calculus (Honors)
AP Statistics

The only Math Class left for me know is AP Calculus AB (BC is offered as well). I don't plan on majoring in anything in the Math/Science field, so if I decided not to take a math would that effect my chances at getting into a decent college. I'm not looking at Harvard or anything. I'll probably end up being a Liberal Arts, Film, or English Major, so will it really matter. I just don't want to go through another AP headache, I'm already short on time with Stat.

Um, well I don’t really have a distinctive College list, but…

UF
Wesleyan University
Vassar College
Skidmore College
Connecticut College
Kenyon College
Oberlin College
Sarah Lawrence College
Occidental College
Pitzer College
NYU
USC
Ithaca College

The only school that you MAY have an issue without taking calculus is Wesleyan, but even there, it would just be because of competition from other applicants…

You should be fine with your math sequence otherwise, especially if you are not going to be a math/science major…and if you have the stats to be admitted otherwise; in otherwords, the math will not keep you out…

I think it should be fine as long you replace it with a non-blow off class, preferably AP. It would be especially beneficial if you have a clear area of interest (e.g. I took three foreign languages during my senior year).
