I know it looks like I haven't pushed myself freshman and sophomore year but my last two years I will be taking the most rigorous classes.

There is absolutely no way to answer this question. This partially depends on what the top achieving students in your hs were taking and what was offered. Will your GC check the “most rigorous course load” box on their report? This is only one part of a very, very large puzzle. You then have grades you receive in those courses, your ECs, honors/awards received, summer activities/jobs held, test scores, essays, etc., etc., etc.,. I’m not asking for answers, simply making a point of the great number of other aspects that are in play during elite admissions. Also, the ivy’s are amazing schools but don’t hyper focus on them. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to attend and aspiring to that, but make sure you explore other great schools as well.

You can’t look back, only forward. Do the very best you can in the courses you have in the next two years. Do not overload on APs in an effort to make up for what you feel was a light course load your first two years. You want to take what you can reasonably succeed at. That doesn’t mean all As, however if you take so many that you don’t have the time to devote to each, getting a C, and mostly B’s for example, you’re defeating yourself. Better to take less and make better grades in all.
