<p>I would like to take this oppurtunity to thank everyone who posts new threads on stats for regular applicants for the purpose of worrying them even further than they are right now. </p>

<p>It does seem sort of cruel and sadistic.</p>
<p>But until they start posting the percentage of EA/ED acceptees who were legacies, recruited athletes, URMs, etc. - the stats are worthless and misleading. I did come across the stats for one school but I"m not sure if it's okay to post something from another website. It was easy enough to find and figure out so I don't know why the statmongers choose to ignore it.</p>
