Ok, so the office of scholarships sent me a letter saying they received my FAFSA and PROFILE but I must give them more information... so, I followed their directions. I successfully created an ONYEN (kind of creepy. "only name you'll ever need." Really, that's creepy), and got into student central. I logged in fine, then scrolled down to Financial Aid Information like they said I should. I got into the Single Sign-On page, where I again had to put in the ONYEN and password... and I can't get in!

Every single time I try... "Invalid username or password. Note that passwords are case-sensitive." It makes no earthly sense, since I just typed in my that same ONYEN and password to check my inbox and to get into student central in the first place.

Has anyone had this problem? I can call or email the office, but I first want to see if anyone else knows what this problem means. Thanks!

Same problem here!

I called the HELP thing for that website and they said that there are problems with it and they'll call me to let me know when it works (but I seriously doubt it). I'm just going to call the Fin Aid Office tomorrow and ask what documents I need to send.

Good, so the problem isn't just with me. I think I'll call them too. Thanks!

We had the same issue. The information technology help person said that financial aid information would not be available for admitted students at Student Central; so, despite instructions in that letter, we should call Financial Aid. That office said that the web site is down, which is why it is not possible to log in. In the meantime, they should be able to tell you roughly what kind of information is missing. If, for example, you corrected something in the FAFSA, it's possible they have not yet downloaded it. He said they do not download FAFSA data daily. Hope this helps somewhat.

Hi everyone! I had the same problem.
Is it worth it to call thought?

Just in case anyone is still wondering - they sent me an email saying the problem was sort of fixed. Well, if you follow the instructions, you'll get into some page and everything should be fine. Just letting you know!
