<p>We were notified when our son submitted materials to NM corp that the school would need to submit the final material. Does a notification get sent when the school has completed ther portion or do we need to check with them or NM corp? Just want to make sure all is done on our end and school's end.</p>

<p>While I can’t verify this, I read that there will be a notation on your student’s NM account page once the school submits their portion. I will have my son log on tomorrow to check this.</p>

Yes, Soonermom is right. It should say:</p>
<p>“You submitted your portion of your application on …(student)
Your completed application was transmitted to NMSC on …”(school)</p>
<p>This is also where you go to change/add your first choice school, if necessary.</p>
