<p>So I am applying to Notre Dame and I know the deadline is tonight at 11:59. But I live in California so is it 11:59 Notre Dame time or 11: 59 California time????</p>

<p>Be safe and go with 11:59 Notre Dame time. Be even safer and submit it a couple of hours before.</p>
