Notre Dame Transfer Chances???

Hey, I submitted my transfer application for Spring 2013 a few days ago.
Is there anyone who transferred to ND that could assess my chances of getting accepted??

Applying as: entering first-semester sophomore

High school GPA: 3.94
ACT: 30
AP Calc BC (5), AB sub (5), Stats (5), Bio (4), and a couple of dual credit courses.
Lots of extra circular activities: NHS, Beta, Mu Alpha Theta, Science Olympiad, Varsity Math Team, and so on..

I was originally enrolled at a state university with a full ride; however, due to unfortunate family crises (divorce/suicide/etc.), I dropped out, took a gap year, and now attending a community college.
I know that ND doesn't like community college students... But I'm not going there because I didn't do well in HS... Idk how they will think of this?

Anyways, College GPA: 4.00, courses meeting the first-year requirements for ND.
And I am pretty sure I will get all A's this semester as well.

My app essays were very specific and well-written, at least in my opinion. I've worked on it for weeks, and I wouldn't change a thing.
I also sent in the optional recommendation letter as well.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!

your GPA is great! I think you have a pretty good chance! the fact that you sent in the optional letter shows determination on your part! chance me back!

His GPA is a community college gpa.
