How did everybody else do?

i got a 9 and was expecting to get anywhere from an 8 to a 10.. so 9 is right for me

I got an 11

i got an 8
but actually expected at least a 9

Same here. Expected about 10, got a 7.

LOL. I expected a 4-5, got an 8 :D

yeah i thought this was my best one to date, and I got a ****ing 8. Last time- 10.

i wrote about my way of life.

1st time(march2008) 6.
2nd time(october2008) 10.
3rd time(november 2008) 11.

@highschooler09

how did you improve so significantly?

I got a 10 essay.
Went from 8 to 9 to 10.

I got a six. I totally got lost in thought during Section One so my essay was HORRIBLE. I got 72 multiples correct. That's 72 out of what? 80?

^Yeah, 80. I got a 10. =] Not complaining, since it's better than a 9, right?

Not as good as 11, though! ;) Just playin with ya, a 10 is perfectly great. :D

Expected an 8, got a 10.

I followed the following guidelines:
- Reference historical facts.
- Use big words (even if they're wrong).
- Use up the entire space.

Hahah yeah I wrote huge and used a lot of fancy-sounding words. I got a 12 :)

I read over my October SAT, and picked out the grammatical errors that I would avoid and focused on making sure each sentence started with a different word, and was different lengths. Also, each paragraph started with a transition word. I walked into the SAT knowing what types of examples I would use no matter the topic, something about my culture, something about Hitler(there is always something), or some television series. And I filled the extra writing space, with a conclusion.

That is exactly how I improved. Lol.

I got 11 (from a 6)
I actually only used one example, but really went in depth and filled every line.

I got a 9 last time. Somehow got an 11 on Oct. ACT, and an 11 on Nov. SAT. Shweet.

First time.
9.

During summer averaged between 8 and 10

I went from 6 to 11.
