Quick Breakdown: I'm going to be a junior in college (out of state) where I will be majoring in Business and Communications. I am currently thinking about getting my real estate license but since I live in a different state I'm not sure getting the license will do me any good while I still have two years out of state. Is it worth it to study now and take the exam to get my license now over the summer? I know it expires after a few years but I was just wondering if it would benefit me in any way.

You don’t need a college degree to get a real estate license but anyways. But all states are different but I think in florida it’s every year renewal. Are you going to be selling houses over summer? If not I would just wait
