Next week I can sign up for summer classes and I have been debating on what to do. I have been debating on either taking summer classes or get my real estate license this summer. When I get my architecture license I want to have a salesperson real estate license so I can sell and buy property when I develop property. I want to be an architect and property developer. However, is it worth it for me to get a real estate license? I am an freshmen getting my BS Arch, should I wait and just get my core classes out of the way this summer and not get my real estate license yet? The next few summers I plan to get internships during the summer, so I was worried if I would have time in the future to get a real estate license. It takes about 3-4 months to take the classes and test. If I take the online real estate courses I will probably still be able to take one online core class this summer, but I don’t know if I should just focus on my degree plan and not worry about real estate. Should I get my real estate license now, later, or not at all? Thank you for your help and time.
