I sent my supplement in December, and my app fee on January 3; they say they received my Common App on the 14th, even though I sent this on the 13th. I'm worried that this means my application is late, even though I sent everything in on time. Also, they say they're missing my SAT scores, Secondary School Report, Teacher Recommendation and Transcript (my recs were uploaded around one or two weeks ago, and I requested my transcript and school report a few months ago, and my SAT scores should arrive there soon). Will I be penalized or overlooked? I sent everything way before the due date (except SATs), but I don't know why it says they were received yesterday-does this mean they aren't on time? :/

My counselor is really lazy, by the way, but claims that everything was sent so I shouldn’t worry, but I’m fearful that means that this means my app is late even though I was prompt and did everything I was supposed to do.

All comes in at the this point. Don’ tworry if some doc isn’t logged in as “rec’d” yet. Once they sort everthing out and there are still items missing, they’ll contact you.

Sounds logical right?

Relax.

I note you mention that you submitted the Common App on Jan 13 and it is shown as received on the 14th. That is likely your issue. It often takes days to even more than a week to actually get everything matched up and shown as received in your on-line file after your app is submitted . The requirement is that everything be sent by a deadline and if that was done you will be fine.
