NU Supplement not due Nov. 1st?

I'm applying to Northwestern ED, but I recently received this e-mail that said that only the Common app is due 11/1, not the NU supplement. Does this mean I can turn in the supplement on a later date, like later next week?

Solami-
W/O seeing what is actually written in your email. Hard to say.
If I were to guess…I think they are expecting your Common Application WITH the supplement, and that the LOR/GC remits could be after 11/1…BUT I AM GUESSING. As 11/1 is Monday, you could call Admissions for clarification.

“We welcome students for whom Northwestern is their first choice to apply early decision. If this is the case for you, note that only the Common Application and application fee (or applicable waiver) is due by November 1. You will have additional time to submit the remaining components of the application (NU Supplement, etc.).”

This is what the e-mail says.

yea that means you can submit on a later date, at a time to be specified probably in another email to be sent by the undergrad admissions office.

does anyone else know for sure?

I think the supplements must be postmarked no later than November 1st.

I’m doing early decision as well, and I need the signatures from my counselor and my teacher (the people who wrote the recommendation letter), they’re not online right now. It has to be done online, but can I send the common app online version without their signatures?

Anyone Have any idea… I don’t know if I should send mine in as is or wait?
