does NU have any event or special weekend where they have seniors visit (stay on campus, do special tours...)>?

After you are accepted, there are several opportunities for you to visit, and stay over night in one of the dorms.

Before this -- I am fairly skeptical, but I have been known to be wrong.

I'm almost positive there's a prospie night in the fall. The one in the spring is for accepted students, but the one in the fall is for prospectives.

Northwestern has events in the spring for admitted freshmen. This is a great opportunity to visit the campus, meet current students, and decide if NU is the right place for you. Another great time to visit Northwestern is in the fall.

Discover NU, the fall visit program, has been reduced to a daytime only program. You can register to visit overnight throughout the year, however, through the admissions office.

Really? That's weird. I wonder why they would do that.

The mass overnight weekends are very difficult to arrange enough hosts for- I was pretty involved with the overnight office, and the spring events were terribly difficult to pull off.

thanks guys.

do most colleges have a visit program in the spring where admitted students can visit and figure out if they wanna come or not?

When is the fall Discover NU day this year? I can't find it anywhere. Do I need to call the school? If so, where? Norris?

For ED applicants, it's tough that they don't have the weekends in the fall anymore.

Thanks.
