Yes the dirty little secret from the last 6-7 years is that instead of 300 new appointees each year, there were typically 270 - 280 new midshipmen coming through Vickery Gate...</p>
<p>No, there were, in fact, 310 new Plebes who came through the front gate. AND, there were an additional 34 setbacks.</p>
