@guard527 Are you a ED 2 applicant or a RD one?
@Lucas1998 Did your albert change?
What is this albert change you are talking about? @alpha525 You made my heart skip a beat! I just checked my housing and fortunately, it still says freshman. @guard527 ^:)^
I just checked. Yes, I do have more tabs (login, students, applicants, faculty/advisors, administrators) but these tabs are ONLY available before you even log into your account. Once I log in, all the tabs disappear and I am only left with two tabs (home and sign-out). In conclusion, it doesn’t mean anything since this appears before logging in. Anxiety has us analysing everything :))
I believe that the only indicator we should really spot/analyse is the housing change (if it actually does mean anything) since past threads and accepted students have suggested that it can actually mean something.
now i’m extremely paranoid and making sure the change hasn’t left every .3 seconds
@guard527 what are your stats?
Does anyone have a clue why some people have their housing status change from freshman back to nonrenewable undergraduate?
@RSalvatierra This is what my screen looks like when I login: http://postimg.org/image/ro7yc5rb9/
I have 2 tabs, Students and Applicants
My bad. It seems it did change… I don’t have that though. What do you have on your housing? Freshman or non-renewable? @theniqqa23
@RSalvatierra No apparently some people have them after they login
Yeah, I was wrong. You received the housing change though, right? @alpha525
@RSalvatierra Yeah I did.
I feel like it means i haven’t been accepted to my first choice.
From what I have read (please correct me if i’m wrong), only one person had their housing change from freshman to non-renewable. @booyakah
Anyone know what percent are not admitted to their first choice?
guys the albert change doesn’t mean anything lol albert has been known for years to switch formats and cause issues…chill out
@theniqqa23 Log into what? Log into albert from the NYU home page from the initial email they sent you? Do I click on “Application” after clicking the green access application button the housing page and then start my housing application? Exactly how am I supposed to get to that(assuming I have it).
albert doesn’t drastically change if you are accepted.
Im still worried that I’m not accepted to my first choice because thats a real possibility
I agree with @pizzaandpeonies. Any ‘freshman’ had the albert change? same lol @alpha525 That would mean two (ED1 and EDII) rejections for me. :-j
BTW anyone apply anywhere else ED1? I got deferred at Columbia
