but why does mine says waitlist undergraduate!!! does this mean i got waitlisted? cant be right? you cant get waitlisted ED thoughâŠ

@MrDiaz I donât think it means anything, the only thing you can really believe is when your decision comes out, I donât seem to have the academic year 2020-2021 tab you are talking about though
@Gabrieldov02 when you press the housing portal applications mine says summer 2020 and then term classification and under that it says waitlist undergraduate
@n0ch111 are you using the housing .nyu .edu /apply website?
just realised. you can get waitlisted for NYU EDI apparently. Last year, some stern kids got waitlistedâŠI hope it doesnt mean anythingâŠ

When I go to that I have fall 2019, J-Term 2020, Spring 2020, Summer 2020, and Fall 2020 but nothing on term classification. It seems to be different for everyone.
Yes I am seeing Fall 2020 option on the housing portal but only with the Washington DC option. But we did not apply for that campus. We are out of state. So not sure what all this means.
I have everything from Fall 2019-Fall 2020 as well. What was the âhousing changeâ in previous years? Kind of unsure what Iâm supposed to look for.
From the NYU Housing website -
"Visiting students will have access to the Spring 2020 waitlist housing application on the NYU Global Home Housing Forms card beginning on October 15, 2019.
Since on campus housing is not guaranteed, visiting students are encouraged to seek their own accommodations. On campus housing offers will be extended only if space becomes available."
So donât freak if it says âwaitlistâ.
guys i only applied to nyush and yet when i open the housing portal it says waitlist undergrad (nyu campus), so dont freak out it could mean nothing

For admissions, no. For housing if you want to get a room you have to wait until ones available. Could actually be a good thing since it seems like you have an option.
