Sounds like a better app than mine! Haha. I’m pretty sure I’ll get rejected.
I’ve even looked up how a rejection letter looks like so it doesn’t come as a total shock…
xD

One day and eight hours everyone…

Can’t believe that there’s only one day left. I can’t sleep maybe I’ll just stay up until decisions are out and crash after I see it

What does an admission/rejection email look like? Anyone?

In two hours, I’ll be on a plane heading home…and when I arrive,
Oh god. Should I check my email as soon as I land or…wait till I get home
And have a comfortable pillow next to me so that if I get rejected I’ll have my
Pillow to hug and cry on?

Anyway, I dont have many posts on CC, but I have been reading
all of your posts-stalker, I know-and I really feel that this is what we all really really want. I hope the very best for all of you–wouldnt it be great if everyone who posted here got in?–so good luck!

I saw it from last years thread

The subject line for all emails are Your NYU admissions decision

The acceptance mail says Dear student First and foremost congrats on your acceptance to NYU for fall Year semster! We are thrilled to blah blah
Rejection mails say Dear student we have carefully reviewed your application and your great but we had the most applicants this year, Number we are sorry that blah blah
something like this

On a previous post on this thread someone posted a link to a picture of a transfer’s acceptance letter that was received on December 6th, 2011. I don’t know what it was titled, but it says this…

"Dear Student,

On behalf of the admissions committee, it is my honor and privilege to share with you that you have been admitted to the [specific school] at New York University. Congratulations! I could not be more excited to welcome you to NYU."

I’m assuming there is more to the letter but that is all you can see in the picture.

i have butterflies already… i’ve never been so nervous about anything in my life.

Tomorrow is the day

I’m gna die

Good luck to those who applied! Praying for my two friends, I hope they get in :D

1 day and 45 minutes!

Guys it’s not gna be 5pm. It’s gna come between the 15th - 19th

Last year my friend got hers at exactly 5 on dec 15th

I believe the bulk of applications will be sent out at 5pm tomorrow. Some will come throughout the rest of Thursday and into Friday. Very few will be coming out on the 17th, 18th, and 19th I think.

I really hope I hear back tomorrow!!
I sent my app in on September 29th, they downloaded it on October 4th, so there’s no way I’m one of the last that they’re deciding on…
