@thedescutnerd Thank you for your input, i really needed info from a student going there to help me decide wth Ima do. I hope I hear back from NYU next week! And @veelynne, I’m going in as an applied math major trying to get into research but I’m scared that the overcrowded-ness will make it super competitive to do research and graduate on time (especially as a STEM major ugggggghhhhhh). I’m so glad to speak to a student going to ucla cuz I did the other day but they were of no help lol… I’m still really considering ucla because of how I’d be debt free, going to a highly ranked reputable school, etc etc.
Where does it tell you if you got accepted to NYU on Albert?
I’m assuming it’s on the application status page. I mean either way you will receive an email soon after the decision is made.

@jasonyty12 I got the FA change this morning, but I can’t log onto Orgsync.
On the NYU admissions blog, it states that, beginning on 5/10, they’ll notify approximately 325 wait list applicants about admission. I wonder if that’s when they’ll also notify transfer applicants.
@clubsfan11 no luck, im starting to feel that orgosync is a bad sign lol.
@myfrienddune I hop you get in too! I think acceptances usually go out on Fridays so here’s hoping you hear tomorrow or next Friday! 
@crc213 Is he just talking about the freshman admission? I think we, as transfer applicants, are not accounted for the goal of admission of Class 2021.
@XeraphiX @crc213 yea that’s what i thought too. but i also hoped that they release the decisions for transfer applicants on may 10th as well. the wait is killing mehhhh

@taliashansenz For some reason, I really thought we’d find out our status on May 1st, but that didn’t happen. I really hope we hear something tomorrow, but that’s just wishful thinking.

On the NYU admissions blog written by the Vice President and Dean of Admissions, he said this: “We still have plenty of offers of admission to extend for those students who have applied for transfer admission. We aim to have the vast majority of transfer admission decisions made by May 16 or very soon after.”

@student2121 May 16 or later?! I was hoping we’d find out sooner. However, at least we have an idea of when to expect our decision.
