Can't decide, UBC's a lot cheaper but NYU's more prestigious...

I'm actually in a similar position. I'm in Vancouver, got into UBC Sauder but I'm not really considering it lol. Right now, I'm deciding between NYU Stern, McGill, and Queen's. The reason I don't want to go tp UBC isn't because of the academics or anything, it's because UBC doesn't really seem like a university. The workload's tough and you get a pretty reputable degree from it but it's a commuter's campus, there isn't THAT much campus life, and too be honest, going into business, life outside of the lecture halls is just as important as academics. Since you got into the General Studies Program, I can't say... it really depends on what type of environment you would like to be in. MOney's definitely an issue though lol. UBC's like 6,000CAD i believe, NYU's around 50-60,000CAD with no financial aid for internationals. If you need more time, you could always double deposit and decide later. That's what I'm planing to do for my schools anyways... good luck :P

If you double deposit and one of both or your schools find out, you will get your admissions rescinded.

different countries lol and in canada, double depositing is fairly common and my counselor said that there isn't a problem with it.
