I want to go to NYU and I think I want to go to New York bc it's just closer to home but can anyone tell me why NYU NEw York is better than Abu Dhabi and Shanghai? And does anyone know what NYu New York offers programs or anything that the other two campuses don't offer?? Thanks!!!

New York and Abu Dhabi are extremely different environments.

New York is a huge university which offers the pros of many specialized programs, but also means it can be easy to get lost in the crowd.

Abu Dhabi follows a liberal arts college model which means you have quite intimate relationships with professors and students are really catered to. All core classes are capped at 12-15 students.

In general, I’d say the Abu Dhabi experience is much more unique in terms of what’s offered (a highly international education) and the opportunities available (extensive study abroad and financial resources). But if you’re looking at a particular specialization, check the AD site to make sure they have it.
