I'm an undergraduate sophomore majoring in Political Science (or as NYU calls it, "Politics") looking to transfer to NYU next semester. I've spent the past few weeks/months rather extensively researching the "Politics" program- particularly students' thoughts/feelings on it, considering its unique emphasis on game theory- but to little avail. Can anyone who's in/familiar with the program give me an overview of both the program itself and your thoughts on it? Is it math-oriented? Is game theory really the philosophical foundation of the whole program? How are the professors, and is it easy to forge a relationship with them? Typical class sizes? What kind of post-grad opportunities have you heard of students obtaining? Thanks!!!
