^^ damn. I don’t know what POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY did to you but you really need to tell us.

O.K. dko, it’s not about what Poly U did to polypro, it’s about what nyu and Poly U did to create nyu-Poly! It, and its students are in a limbo situtation. If Poly fails to meet the stipulations required for it to qualify to become a school of nyu, what becomes of the students? Hmmmm? That has not been addressed, and prospective students should know that they are being used to keep Poly afloat until the outcome is determined, or until nyu decides what to do with nyu-Poly (it is the sole member of the present nyu-Poly corporation)!! Hope that answers your question (assuming you can comprehend the answer).

I’m done talking about this, I guess we can be 40,000 posters with 40,000 different opinions and visions

hi,
i got an admit from NJIT and NYIT. pls can you help me in selecting which university is better. with respect to placements after i complete my masters in electrical engineering.

A lot of my close friends are going to Poly solely because they believe the NYU name gives it accreditation and prestige that NYU has. A lot of them got great financial aid, but if I had also applied/enrolled and read this, I’d still be a bit concerned.

Curious how other current students feel.

I assure you that if any other current Poly students read this, they’d think polypro was a psycho and a superfan of conspiracy theories. It isn’t the perfect educational institution, but what he’s suggesting is plain stupid.

Hi frnds,

Hi everybody…im the guy who created this post rutger vs nyit vs njit vs nyu-poly…i have been readin the posts and i have to say that…very interestin opinions…i chose to go to nyu poly for the reason that it is part of NYU…and i went to hs in jersey… originally im from brooklyn…so its like im bak home…also im not done explorin nyc as well…well said static

jac422 how do you like poly? Would you mind giving us your thoughts on you decision? What’s Poly like?

Poly is pretty fun…its no lie that is a lot of workload but its all about time management…on top of joinin clubs at poly u could join clubs at NYU…thts wat i did…i dnt regret it at all…

Jac422- Hi hope u wouldn’t mind answering- is Nyu treating poly as their in school? R u allowed to access the Nyu resources? When is merger complete? Do nyu students treat poly students differently ??

NYU and NYU poly are now same, now Poly is school of engineering of NYU, so now it’s same as CAS and other NYU colleges
