<p>Recently, i was talking to my friends and i learned that the 3.86 GPA for NYU was the avg. for all its schools. Needless to say, some schools are higher than others...so i was just wondering does anyone know or have an idea about the GPA for College of Arts and Science? (i'm using the 4.5 max weighted GPA, where 4.5 = A in honors/ap class) thanks!</p>
<p>Wrong. I believe according to the latest statistics it's 3.63 for all schools. But it really depends on the school.</p>

Stern: 3.77/1420
Tisch: Probably up there too.
CAS/Gallatin/Steinhardt: about 3.4-3.6 I'm guessing. Probably low-mid 1300s.
SCPS: Not sure. Probably slightly lower than CAS/Gallatin/Steinhardt.</p>

<p>Is that range for accepted or enrolled? When I went on the College Board, these are the ranges they give for NYU:</p>
<p>Math: 620-710
CR/Verbal: 620-710</p>
<p>Therefore, wouldn't the range be 1240-1420 with the average being ~1330?</p>
