<p>Hey! i was wondering how hard it is to walk onto the girl's soccer team at NYU and what it's like to be on the team because I'm thinking about trying out once i get there but im not sure. </p>

<p>while we aren’t big on sports (hello, fake football team anyone?) our sports teams still compete in their own conference with other LACs.</p>
<p>you can call the athletic office and ask when tryouts are. if you tryout and then find that you don’t want to do it, you are not under any obligation to stay on the team. </p>
<p>i think we also have intramural soccer, which would be much more relaxed, and then you can try out for the actual soccer team in sophomore year if you want.</p>
