<p>I have read from one of the threads that each essay in the supplement should be around 500 characters long however the supplement itself does not seem to specify the length.</p>

<p>it’ll definitely specify on the supplement part of nyu’s common app online… it won’t let you enter in more than a specific number of characters (i don’t remember how many, but i guess it’s 500)</p>
<p>If I remember correctly from when I applied last year, it said beneath each response box that the limit was 500 characters</p>
